Super Easy Homemade Flatbreads

Writer: Holly MillsHolly Mills

If you're looking to start making flatbreads from scratch, follow this super easy recipe! And it's only 2 ingredients - easy peasy!

For 1 serving you'll need a 50g plant based plain yoghurt/ greek yoghurt and 75g plain flour.

  1. Using a spoon and then hands, mix the yoghurt and the flour in a bowl until combined.

  2. On a floured surface, roll the dough into a roughly circular shape of your desired thickness (for me this is about 2mm-5 mm).

  3. Heat some oil in a frying pan on medium heat and add the flatbread.

  4. When air bubbles begin to appear and the flatbread starts to brown on the bottom, flip and cook the other side.

  5. Serve immediately!
