If you're looking to start making flatbreads from scratch, follow this super easy recipe! And it's only 2 ingredients - easy peasy!
For 1 serving you'll need a 50g plant based plain yoghurt/ greek yoghurt and 75g plain flour.
Using a spoon and then hands, mix the yoghurt and the flour in a bowl until combined.
On a floured surface, roll the dough into a roughly circular shape of your desired thickness (for me this is about 2mm-5 mm).
Heat some oil in a frying pan on medium heat and add the flatbread.
When air bubbles begin to appear and the flatbread starts to brown on the bottom, flip and cook the other side.
