ABOUT ME

I'm Holly and it is my mission to help young women feel more empowered, confident, and stronger in their bodies. â€‹

​

Around five years ago I decided that I wanted to become the best version of myself, both mentally and physically. I realised that these two things are linked and in order to be happy in my body, I also had to be happy in my mind. 

​

I started to make daily small choices that would accumulate over the next five years. I started to prioritise my health, move more, take control over my nutrition, and improve my mindset (working on my body confidence, mental health, and gratitude). 

​

Everything I have learnt, I bring into my coaching. My approach to health and fitness is to look at a person as a whole. Together we will tailor your exercise, nutrition, and mindset to become the healthiest version of yourself. 

​

I'm a big believer of changing the narrative from one of loss, to one of gain, because people thrive most in abundance. When you are focusing on everything you want to add to your life, your energy comes from a place of excitement, rather than a place of fear. 

​

My goal is to build a community of young women who are inspired by each other to be the best versions of themselves.
