I'm Holly, a 22 year old personal trainer, dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. I have a range of health and fitness based interests including netball, running, cooking, and boxing.

A little more about my journey...

My confidence in health and fitness did not come at an early age. Whilst I always loved being outdoors, playing football, and riding my bike as a child, I lost my confidence in myself and I stopped. Throughout my teenage years I disliked my body and had a very negative self image. Through years of hard work regarding my body image, I came to love my body. And at this point I realised that I love my body so much that I wanted to start taking better care of it, so I worked hard to reduce my body fat, increase my muscle mass, and improve my overall health.

I went on a journey to give myself a better quality of life. I started running in February 2019, and in February 2020 I ran a half marathon. I lost around 15% of my body fat which was 3 stone (around 20kg) through focusing on nourishing my body and exercising. 

I learnt to take care of my body and now I help others to learn to take care of their body as well.
